Cancellation Policy

MARK/D Cancellation & Reschedule Policy Consultations: Consultations are always free of charge, but we kindly ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the time to another client. Procedures (once deposits are in place): A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
